Our insulated, double wall glass is handmade by expert artisans. Because this glass is mouth-blown, each one may have slight differences in height, thickness & weight. Please use care when placing ice into the glass to avoid fracturing the inner layer. We suggest placing the liquid first and then the ice. Please also avoid using metal spoons or placing the glass into a crowded dishwasher.
These glasses will help to keep hot drinks warmer and cool drinks cooler. For best results retaining heat, pre-heat the glass before use. It’s Dishwasher & microwave safe.
During the using of double wall glass cup, someone found this problem, it is not defective of double wall glass cup, just some mistakenly using of double wall glass cup. It has a tiny sealed hole at bottom of cup to balance the pressure . Do not suggest to put double wall glass cup into diswasher or Micro-wave oven.
If happens you put double wall glass cup into diswasher and make hold seal off, some water get in between the double wall, please do as follows to make water out:
1 – Make sure it is cold enough. (room temp or put 3-5 mints into refrigerator)
2 – Keep the water at top of that hole
3 – Fill it with boiled water.
Then it should flush out! dry the cup, If you have hot melt glue stick, melt it and seal the hole. you will get drying in the following time.
